(For Done-For-You Surplus Funds Business Operation)
Effective Immediately Upon Enrollment
This Refund & Partnership Policy (“Policy”) governs the terms under which you (“Client”) engage our company (“Company”) to build, manage, and support your revenue-ready surplus-funds business operation.
By enrolling, submitting payment, signing the agreement, or accessing any portion of the program, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Term of Engagement
This is a 6-month minimum partnership.
During this period, the Company provides operational support, coaching, lead sourcing, VA labor, and business infrastructure as outlined in the Offer.
After the initial 6-month term, you may:
Option A — Extend Partnership
Continue for $1,000/month with the same profit-share structure, OR
Option B — Take Over the Business
Transition into full control of the operation and retain 100% of future profit share, using the knowledge, skills, and assets provided during the initial 6 months. After this period- the owner must cover Attorney Fees and VA salary if they want the same VA to continue working for them. Or can choose to find another VA elsewhere.
2. What You Are Purchasing
You are purchasing access to your own revenue-ready business operation, and you are hiring us as your operational partner to build, manage, and run the core systems during the initial term.
This includes:
Operational Deliverables
Dedicated VA sourcing and management
Lead sourcing and outreach
Calling, follow-up, and deal-generation support
Monthly updates via email or video call on the status of leads, signed agreements and deals closed
Instructional Deliverables
Training program with step-by-step videos
Access to the private community
Weekly coaching calls
Dashboard access to view leads, signed agreements, and closed deals
3. Client Requirements
To begin and maintain the partnership, Client agrees to:
Submit initial payment
Sign the partnership agreement
Register an LLC under their name
Sign for deals and provide required documentation timely
Remain responsive and engaged in the process (e.g., weekly calls, responding to VAs, etc.)
Failure to complete required steps may delay deal generation or result in termination without refund.
4. Refund Policy
This is a performance-based refund policy — not a results-based policy.
Revenue and profit are never guaranteed. Results vary based on effort, skill, responsiveness, market conditions, and the inherent unpredictability of working with courts, counties, and claimants.
You Qualify for a Refund Only If:
You can demonstrate that the Company failed to deliver the specific contractual deliverables, defined as:
Failure to provide VA(s) to source leads
Failure to conduct outbound lead-sourcing and outreach
Failure to provide weekly coaching calls
Failure to provide access to training, community, and dashboard
Failure to provide reasonable support related to closing deals
You Do NOT Qualify for a Refund If:
You fail to complete required steps (LLC, agreements, signatures, calls)
During the extension period you do not attend coaching calls, engage with VAs, respond to leads, or complete your part of the sales process
You experience delays caused by county/court timelines
You change your mind, experience financial hardship, or “no longer want the program”
You expect guaranteed deals or guaranteed income
You are dissatisfied with subjective elements (teaching style, pace, personal preferences, etc.)
5. Onboarding & Capital Allocation
Once onboarding is completed (document signing, LLC registration, and dashboard access), we begin allocating operational resources including VAs, lead lists, systems, and spend to build your team and pipeline.
Because this capital is deployed into labor, data, systems, and operational overhead, refunds after onboarding completion are only provided if the Company fails to deliver the specific items listed in Section 4.
6. Earnings Disclaimer (Required)
The average deal size in this industry, based on our 5 years of experience, ranges from $8,000–$10,000, with higher deals occasionally reaching $30,000–$50,000.

Revenue is not guaranteed. Results vary based on effort, skill, and market conditions.
Client understands that all business ventures carry inherent risk and agree not to hold the Company liable for financial outcomes.
7. Agreement
By enrolling, you acknowledge that you:
Have read this Policy in full
Understand the difference between deliverables and results
Agree to the performance-based refund criteria
Accept that no income, outcome, or earnings are guaranteed
Enter into this partnership voluntarily
